Garden Falls, plein air, stone path

"Garden Falls"
Acrylic on hardboard
9 x 12 inches
$450.00

Got to do a paint out yesterday in Fort Pierce, at the Heathcote Botanical Gardens.  This little waterfall called my name!  It was a lovely day.
I added quite a bit of detail after I got it home, as it took longer than I anticipated to finish it and proved to be quite challenging.

Enjoy!

At the River, landscape with egrets

"At the River"  © 2009
8 x 10 Acrylic
$325.00

Love the brushwork and impressionistic mood this painting has! Did it a while ago, but it's now available in nice wood frame, see below.

Over the Dike, Lake Okeechobee, Florida Art

 "Over the Dike"
9 x 12 inches,
Acrylic on hardboard
©2006     $350.00

Here is another older one of the Lake.  Below is a comparison to the same area (lock G36) when we had a drought for a couple of years.  I was fascinated with the new bright greens that showed up more and more as the water receded.  Haven't seen anything close to that since.
