"In The Morning"

Had a request for paintings of Lake Okeechobee. I have done a lot of them, but it has been a while. This one is probably my favorite of all of the lake paintings I have done over the past 30 years. Hard to believe I have been here that many years! (I moved 15 times as a child and 5 times as a young adult.) I guess I wanted to settle down, hahaha!
As I painted it, I was singing a song that has this verse in it: "Oh Lord in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee and will look up . . ." Psalm 5:3
