This is one I did in November 2006. I have added water and birds, and more foliage. I struggled with leaving as it was, because it really captured the essence of the memory I had of this old barn. But I kept seeing water and birds making it a stronger composition. Making it better won out over keeping the essence of the memory. Now it reminds me of a barn I saw near a pond recently.

Beautiful landscape. I like the added egrets and water. It gives the barn a sense of history and mystery.

Very nice composition , it reminds me of the area Nova Scotia where my Grandmothers cottage is!
